All Graduate Applicants need to have completed a bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in the United States or another country by the time you enroll at Buffalo State, to pursue a master’s degree.

The Office of Graduate Studies, in collaboration with the Office of International Student and Scholar Services, processes all non-citizen applications for graduate programs at Buffalo State.
