The New International Student Orientation will begin on Monday, August 23 , 2021 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Registration links were sent out to all new incoming students. If you did not get this information, please email email@example.com to be registered.
This orientation is to address the unique needs of international students, many of whom are in the United States for the first time. This mandatory program assists with the acclimation of life at Buffalo State.

It is important that First-Year students register for orientation and submit their Weigel Health Forms as soon as possible. After confirming with the Admissions office you are attending Buffalo State you will be sent a link to register for orientation. After submitting your health records an academic adviser will develop your fall semester class schedule. Transfer students who bring 30 or more US credit hours will be given access to register for classes by your academic department.
Airport pick up
Saturday, August 21, 2021 we have a complimentary shuttle pick up at 6:00 p.m. from the Buffalo Niagara International Airport, to take you to campus. Please confirm with Tricia Herritt if you would like to have this service at: firstname.lastname@example.org If you are arriving at a different time please take a taxi from the baggage claim area of the airport. The cost of transportation is typically $35-40.
The Residence Halls also opens to on-campus international students Saturday, August 21, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. You will not be permitted to stay on campus prior to Saturday. Reminder all students who are under the age of 21, with less than 60 credit hours are required to live on campus.
New August 21, proof of vaccination is requied for living on campus. Please submit to the Weigel Health Center at email@example.com
The first day of class is Monday, August 31, 2021 fall term.
