International Education Week 2023 Illuminating Cultures in the year of the Eclipse

Sunday, November 12th

Join Residence Life and International Student and Scholar Services in a celebration of Diwali (The Festival of Lights). We will be coloring in a Rangoli on the Union Plaza, and there will be a limited amount of colored sand to make personal Rangolis. Food will be provided!

The Understanding Unconscious Bias workshop: This program aims to educate participants about the unseen biases that unconsciously influence our actions and decision-making, often leading to unintended discriminatory practices. Unconscious biases are social stereotypes that individuals form outside their conscious awareness.  May this event be a new dawning of understanding for attendees to understand unconscious bias.
